Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled successfully, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Exchanges

If you item was DOA or has a manufacturing defect, you can send it back for a replacement.

Please DO NOT send the items back to the manufacturer without contacting us and obtaining an RMA.

Refunds

All sales final. Please ask all questions regarding the product before purchasing.
